Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of 2-6 Staff Writers
  • Supervising the content creation process including reviewing the work of the writing team 
  • Set and enforce standards for the performance of Staff Writers, provide regular feedback, train and coach to develop their careers 
  • Help scheduling and organizing the writers' work 
  • Point of communication to and from the team
  • Participate in the hiring and training of new Staff Writers
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualification

  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisor role
  • 5+ years of writing experience
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently 

Relevant Experience

  • Vertical Lead
  • Managing Editor
  • Content Lead
  • Channel Manager
