Our client in Calgary is an industry-leading transportation and supply-chain company, and they are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will respond to client inquiries and requests, and ensure shipments are meeting deadlines. Responsibilities:

• Resolve client complaints and questions in a professional manner
• Creating freight bills as needed
• Answering the phone
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Manage customers' accounts, updating information as needed
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Coordinate between departments effectively
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience working in an office environment is required
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Highly proficient with Outlook, rule setting and handling high volumes of emails
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication, spoken and written
• Good mathematical skills
• Strong ability to resolve issues and maintain customer relations
