What Will You Be Doing?

• Posting jobs using our Applicant Tracking System
• Using Linkedin, Indeed and various online methods to source candidates
• Conduct and document phone screens and interviews
• Fully utilize our applicant tracking system for sourcing candidates, creating and maintaining candidate profiles
• Providing excellent customer service to both job seekers and colleagues
• Generating reports from our ATS on recruitment activity
• Handling inquires from the clinics on various recruitment topics such as personality assessments, job posting and offer letter creation

As The Successful Candidate, You Have

• Post-secondary education with a business focus
• 1-2 years experience as junior recruiter or recruitment coordinator
• Comfortable conducting phone screens and interviews
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite of Products, Zoom and MS Teams
• A team player with a commitment to the success of the business and colleagues
