In this role, you’ll act as both a trusted advisor and service representative to new and existing customers—providing education, diagnosing concerns, and recommending ideal home improvement solutions. You’ll also play an important part in enhancing our brand presence and contributing to business growth through lead follow-up and relationship development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home environmental testing and educate homeowners on potential concerns.
