A postdoctoral research position is available at Carleton University under the supervision of Dr. Mohammad Biglarbegian. The successful candidate will contribute to research at the intersection of reinforcement learning, control, and mechatronic systems, with applications in autonomous robotics, vehicles, and related fields.
Requirements
– Strong background in both reinforcement learning and control
– Experience in modeling, design, and control of mechatronic systems
– Demonstrated expertise in autonomous robotics, vehicles, or related applications
– Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning as applied to mechatronic systems is highly desirable
Research Areas Include, But Are Not Limited To
– Development of autonomous systems for automation, robotics, and automotive applications
– Application of AI and machine learning techniques for modeling and control in mechatronics
– Innovative solutions for autonomous robots, autonomous vehicles, and automated agriculture
