The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, service delivery, project management, and financial oversight within the HVAC or related construction industries. This role is critical in driving strategic growth, operational efficiency, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and scaling operations.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, project lifecycle, installation processes, and service management.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
