On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Transaction Processor, Banking (MS Excel) for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.


Transaction Processor, Banking (MS Excel) - Job Description:

The Transaction Processor will join the Estate and Trust Processing Team to handle client transaction and estate settlements through the internal system. This role supports the Wealth Management department by ensuring accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions.


Transaction Processor, Banking (MS Excel) - Responsibilities:

• Process client transactions and estate settlements through the internal system
• Collaborate with a team of 9 members to ensure seamless transaction processing
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of processed transactions
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve any issues
  
  
  

Transaction Processor, Banking (MS Excel) - Mandatory Skills:

• 1-2 years’ experience processing financial transactions
• Intermediate level MS Excel skills
• Intermediate level MS Word skills
• Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, and collaboration skills
  
  
  

Transaction Processor, Banking (MS Excel) – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Previous experience with Wealth Management
• Experience working on internal systems at the bank: Servicelink, BTS
