We have now completed our pivotal clinical study and our focus is on regulatory approvals and commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.
The Sales & Operations Administrator will oversee the sales administration function, ensuring efficient and effective support for the sales team. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills, extensive experience in sales administration, and a deep understanding of the medical device industry.
Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.

Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% RRSP contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above, the pay range will be adjusted.
As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.
Total cash – the total cash we’ve listed for this position includes a base salary, plus a contribution to a Registered Retirement Savings plans (RRSP) to help support your financial goals.
Comprehensive medical & dental coverage – for all permanent employees – effective as of Day 1, with no waiting period.
Work-day flexibility – additionally, we provide 3 personal days per year.

This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills, extensive experience in sales administration, and a deep understanding of the medical device industry.

- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and manage the sales administration team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Sales Support: Coordinate and optimize sales support activities, including the preparation of sales agreements and reports, management of sales data, and coordination of sales initiatives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Supervise the order processing system, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products.
- Documentation: Oversee the preparation and management of sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- Training and Development: Facilitate training and development programs for the sales administration team, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales administration, preferably within the medical device industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable reports.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

- $85,000 - $105,000 (CAD Annually)
