As an Infrastructure Development Specialist with strong expertise in ServiceNow to support business-as-usual (BAU) operations, you will make an impact by designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, and IT Operations Management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and drive innovation in IT processes. You will be a valued member of the infrastructure practice and work collaboratively with our Principle Infra Developer.

In this role, you will

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT service delivery.
  • Integrate and optimize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
  • Create and maintain workflows and automation scripts to streamline operations.
  • Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency.
  • Document technical specifications and maintain configuration records.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize platform utilization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Align ServiceNow capabilities with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

Required skills: what you need to be considered

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM Pro), IT Asset Management (HAM Pro, SAM Pro), and IT Operations Management (Discovery).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in designing workflows and automation within ServiceNow.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Proactive in learning and applying new ServiceNow features and enhancements.
