Key Responsibilities:
Deal Desk Accountabilities
- Document and maintain SOTI Deal Desk framework for pricing guidance, commercial framework, escalations, and rules of engagement
- Manage daily Deal Desk activities to review deal economics, commercial terms and conditions, operational requirements, and evaluate non-standard pricing and commercial requests
- Business partner with the Regional Sales teams to assess any ad hoc or exceptional deals requiring additional customer/partner analysis, and to validate an appropriate business case for pricing escalations, promotions or incentives
- Assist with coordination and approval of Salesforce inquiries and quote adjustments
- Provide analysis across pricing and deal structure trends across the region, revenue streams and product sets to advise on future go to market initiatives.
- Provide analysis on approval and rejection rates, identify inefficiencies in sales operations process to drive continuous improvement throughout the sales cycle.
- Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
- 5+ years of Business/ Sales Operations / Reporting experience
- Knowledge of SAAS environment advantageous
- Sales deal desk experience favourable
- Salesforce power user (Reports, Dashboards etc.)
- Proactive solution finder
- Detail and process oriented
- Great communicator
- Works well in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Great time management skills with a focus on prioritization
- Collaborative team player
- University degree in Business/Finance/Accounting (or relevant experience)
