Job Summary: Contract position ( 3 months)

Reporting to the Account Manager, the Account Coordinator oversees program execution, manages field teams, and supports the planning and production of experiential marketing programs. Acting as the “project quarterback,” the Account Coordinator ensures timely completion of project deliverables by all team members, proactively identifies risks, and provides recommendations to enhance program specifics.

Responsibilities And Duties

Include (but are not limited to) the following duties:

  • Execute Client programs from start to finish with excellence
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the Brand Momentum team and our clients
  • Maintain detailed program workbooks, updated critical paths and priority lists weekly
  • Operate as a point of contact for any and all matters specific to account coordination
  • Lead & Manage field teams and provide necessary support remotely and on-site to ensure a successful program delivery
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Provide field staff training – online training, resource materials, plan in-person training
  • Work with the recruitment team to ensure all staffing is delivered on time and with the desired quality of hires
  • Support the Account Manager by tracking key account metrics, preparing weekly reports, handling emergencies or complaints
  • Identify challenges and opportunities, providing recommendations for resolution
  • Escalate account issues in a timely and proactive manner
  • Operate as Field, and sometimes Client liaison
  • Attend all necessary events as needed from the direction of the Account Manager

Core Competencies

  • Graduated from Post-Secondary Education, with a preference for Marketing
  • Experience in Production & Asset Management is a bonus
  • Extremely detailed and organized with excellent follow-through
  • Operates with trust and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills – listening, verbal and written
  • Ability to establish plans and set priorities
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Must be able to travel
  • Must have a car and valid driver’s license
  • May occasionally be required to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move heavy objects at events
