You are someone who:
- Has 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding and benefits administration.
- Has strong knowledge of HR processes and requirements, particularly in the US and Canada.
- Has experience working with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow (preferred) or other related HRIS systems
- Understands the importance of standardizing global processes and thrives in a shared services environment.
- Possesses strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Spanish communication skills are a plus.
- Is committed to continuous improvement and can identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees and HR consultants, addressing HR-related inquiries and providing guidance.
- Managing HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Standardizing and improving global HR processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Managing benefits enrollment processes and implementing changes as needed.
- Supporting audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience by addressing HR inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Enhancing the efficiency and consistency of global HR processes through standardization.
- Supporting compliance efforts by conducting thorough audits and maintaining accurate records.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the HR function.
- Facilitating smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring employees feel supported throughout their journey.
- Strengthening Synopsys’ reputation as an employer of choice by delivering exceptional HR services.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Proven experience in a shared services environment and HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and requirements, particularly in the US and Canada
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Spanish communication skills are a plus.
