In this role you will:

  • Set strategic and tactical goals in alignment with the company’s business objectives
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, develop innovative solutions, and drive them to completion
  • Manage performance, training, and development of direct and indirect staff across a 24/7 operation
  • Foster continuous learning on your team through cross training and skill development
  • Coordinate with other departments to maximize output and minimize downtime

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
  • 5 plus years’ experience leading a team in a production environment, including creating growth plans, implementing performance management, and developing training programs
  • A curiosity about the everyday tasks and functions that take place across all aspects of production
  • The scheduling flexibility to connect with teammates, including night shift, to support engagement and team synergy
