What will your typical day look like?
Deloitte Claims is a fast-growing team within our Risk, Regulatory & Forensics practice. We manage class action settlements of all sizes across both private and public sectors.
We leverage some of the best-in-class technologies—cloud platforms, automation, data analytics, and secure digital communications—to streamline every step of the process. From intake and claims review to distribution and reporting, our tech-enabled approach brings speed, accuracy, and transparency to complex settlements.
We partner with litigators, in-house counsel, and courts from early case planning through final resolution, delivering expert guidance and operational precision at every stage.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
The salary range for this position is between $72,000 - $108,000 (Senior Consultant) and $86,000 - $144,000 (Manager), and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. - Own the product roadmap and backlog; gather and prioritize market, client, and internal feedback
- Define product strategy and manage the full lifecycle from concept to launch, including critical milestones and demos
- Collaborate with data and product engineering, compliance, and operation teams to align on scope, timelines, and regulatory requirements
- Drive development of platform enhancements that improve the processing and case throughput of claimants
- Lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, daily standups, and delivery of settlement-driven features
- Analyze user feedback, bugs, and usage data to inform continuous product improvement
- Support go-to-market activities, client engagement, and creation of sales and marketing collateral
- Present product updates, metrics, and demos to internal leadership and external stakeholders

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Business, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills required; data modelling skills are an asset
- 2-4 years of experience in operations design, legal operations, or business analysis
- Skilled at interpreting complex documents and turning them into structured, actionable procedures
- You think in systems and enjoy designing processes that are clear, scalable, and audit-ready
- Confident working cross-functionally with legal, product, engineering, and compliance teams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and communicate clearly in both writing and conversation
- Bonus if you’ve worked on class action settlements, legal tech platforms, or regulatory service delivery
