Position Overview

The Brand Manager is a high-impact strategic leader, responsible for supporting global brand direction locally, driving commercial success, and leading market execution within the Dentsply Sirona North American Commercial Organization, specifically supporting the DS Endodontic business. This role requires high-level cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure alignment between DS Endodontic brand initiatives and overall commercial objectives. By leveraging market insights, competitive analysis, and strategic partnerships, the Brand Manager enhances brand performance, customer engagement, and revenue growth, ultimately shaping long-term business success in the endodontic dental sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute DS Endodontic brand strategies that maximize market share and revenue growth within Dentsply Sirona’s North American Commercial Organization.
  • Partner with sales teams to create customer-driven marketing initiatives, ensuring brand relevance, strong market penetration, sales product knowledge, and alignment with Dentsply Sirona’s broader commercial goals.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for DS Endodontic product launches, ensuring seamless execution and sales enablement across multiple channels.
  • Drive pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies that enhance competitiveness.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and optimize brand investments, supporting Dentsply Sirona’s industry leadership.
  • Ensure brand messaging is strategically aligned with commercial objectives, maintaining consistency across sales, marketing, and customer-facing channels.
  • Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), industry influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Lead business development initiatives, driving revenue growth and market expansion through high-impact commercial strategies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive executive-level cross-functional alignment, ensuring brand strategies translate into tangible commercial success within Dentsply Sirona’s commercial framework.
  • Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking, optimizing brand ROI and strategic investments.
  • Build and manage a bottom-up OPEX budget, prioritizing investments to maximize returns and support Dentsply Sirona’s North American commercial objectives.
  • Interfaces w/Global Business Unit partners to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence.
  • Supports broader marketing team and Regional Commercial Organization counterparts in ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or commercial strategy, ideally in a B2B healthcare or dental-related industry.
  • Proven track record indicating ability to step into role leading brand strategy at a senior level, directly influencing market leadership, revenue acceleration, and long-term commercial success.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making abilities, with experience in market analysis and competitive positioning within Dentsply Sirona’s commercial environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand messaging, establish thought leadership, and deliver persuasive presentations on complex or controversial topics to senior executives and boards of directors.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects, balancing strategic oversight with executional excellence.
  • Experience in OPEX budgeting, with a proven ability to develop and manage bottom-up budgets, strategically prioritize investments, and optimize financial returns to drive business performance.
  • Must reside in the U.S. or Canada and be willing to travel up to 25% to support Dentsply Sirona’s North American commercial operations.
