We are hiring a Marketing Automation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing automation professional with a passion for marketing and demand generation. You’ll have a data-driven mindset, an orientation toward process and excellent execution skills.


This salaried position includes benefits and is a remote worker role for candidates located in the U.S. and Canada.


What you'll be doing:

  • Executing marketing campaigns via email, forms and/or landing pages
  • Supporting list uploads and creating segmentations based on filter criteria
  • Managing data fields for hygiene and segmentation
  • Setting up invites and registration pages for marketing programs
  • Setting up custom objects and embedding in the email via Field Merges
  • Setting up automated programs
  • A/B testing
  • Providing reporting on programs and campaigns


What you bring:

  • 2 - 5 years of Salesforce, Database Augmentation/Hygiene, Lead Scoring for a high-tech company. (REQUIRED)
  • Experienced using Eloqua marketing automation platform. (REQUIRED)
  • Ability to formulate analyses independently, to transform data into actionable information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS for custom email and landing page builds.
  • Well-versed with excel to make sense of raw data.
  • A strong understanding of marketing automation best practices.
  • You work well with client stakeholders, sharing information and best practices with your counterparts.
  • You love digital marketing and the operation behind it.
  • You are a process driven thinker and comfortable with analysis and metrics.
  • You take ownership of the result, and can independently determine what else needs to be done and how to do it.
  • You can make recommendations and take actions in the face of incomplete information and uncertainty.
  • You are fun to work with, and assume the best intentions with your colleagues and partners
  • BS/BA degree in a related field
