Account Coordinator – Paid Social & Programmatic

Role Summary

Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across Paid Social and Programmatic advertising. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve client goals, learning about ROI across paid, owned, and earned platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing plans (Paid Social, Programmatic).
  • Support the management of Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn) and Programmatic campaigns (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP).
  • Help create and present campaign strategies and tactics to clients (with supervision).
  • Assist with account management processes, including reporting, billing, and client communication.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, learning to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist in designing and executing A/B tests to optimize campaign elements.
  • Recommend improvements based on emerging trends (with guidance).

Role Requirements

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in Paid Social and Programmatic campaign management.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Client-focused and results-oriented.

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Internship or project experience in digital marketing (preferred).
  • Familiarity with social advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok).
  • Familiarity with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
