- Design and Develop Systems: Create robust systems capable of processing large datasets and utilizing them to train sophisticated algorithms.
- Implement Algorithms: Select and fine-tune algorithms that align with performance objectives, ensuring optimal efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct Experiments: Rigorously test and evaluate model performance and system capabilities, iterating to achieve optimal results.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate models into our platform and optimize their performance in real-world trading environments.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and data science, applying cutting-edge techniques to enhance our solutions.
- Optimizing Market Maker & Taker Interactions – Developing ML models to enhance liquidity, optimize pricing strategies, and improve trade execution between market participants.
- Order Flow Prediction & Trade Execution Optimization – Building predictive models that anticipate large trades, minimize market impact, and refine execution strategies.
- Anomaly Detection – Implementing algorithms to detect irregular trading patterns
- Risk Management & Exposure Analysis – Designing ML-driven risk models to assess market volatility and alert traders to potential exposures in real time.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) working as a Machine Learning Engineer, preferably using Databricks.
- Strong proficiency in designing and implementing machine learning algorithms.
- Proven experience with Apache Spark, python and PySpark for large-scale data processing
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in the financial industry or with trading platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly Databricks.
- Publications or contributions to the machine learning community.
$130,000 - $205,000 Annual
