We Are Seeking a Talented Machine Learning Engineer To Join Our Team, Focusing On Leveraging The Databricks Platform To Innovate And Optimize Our Trading Solutions. As Part Of Our Team, You Will

As An ML Engineer At GlobalLink, You Will Work On a Variety Of Machine Learning-driven Solutions That Enhance Trading Efficiency, Risk Management, And Market Intelligence. Some Examples Include

• Optimizing Market Maker & Taker Interactions – Developing ML models to enhance liquidity, optimize pricing strategies, and improve trade execution between market participants.
• Order Flow Prediction & Trade Execution Optimization – Building predictive models that anticipate large trades, minimize market impact, and refine execution strategies.
• Anomaly Detection – Implementing algorithms to detect irregular trading patterns
• Risk Management & Exposure Analysis – Designing ML-driven risk models to assess market volatility and alert traders to potential exposures in real time.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) working as a Machine Learning Engineer, preferably using Databricks.
• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing machine learning algorithms.
• Proven experience with Apache Spark, python and PySpark for large-scale data processing
• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in the financial industry or with trading platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly Databricks.

Salary Range

$130,000 - $205,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
