Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Develop effective case strategies in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Manage a full caseload from initiation to resolution.
- Maintain a strong dedication to providing exceptional client service.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the firm's continued growth and reputation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
- Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
