Ledcor is hiring Red Seal Ironworkers for major industrial projects in Western Canada, with a focus on structural steel assembly, rigging, and modular building placement. This is a high-paying, union-based role offering long-term employment and rotational shift stability. Ideal candidates have significant experience with blueprint reading, bolt-up, and large industrial project work.

What You’ll Need

• Journeyperson Structural Ironworker certification with Red Seal

• Pass pre-access drug and alcohol screening

• Strong rigging, heavy lift, and bolt-up skills
• Experience with modular building set-up
• Excellent communication and site safety awareness
