What You’ll Be Doing: As a Deployment Technician, you will leverage your exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills to enhance the customer experience directly onsite with clients. You are committed to continuous improvement and enthusiastic about adopting new methods to advance our business. Your responsibilities will include providing superior customer service and troubleshooting in dynamic environments. You are a responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Be Working On - 90%:

  • Deployment of computers (tablets, laptops, and desktops), printers, network equipment, servers, NAS devices, UPS systems, and more.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Collaborate with other teams for information gathering and communication.
  • Learn and implement efficient technology deployment methods.
  • Accurately track your time throughout the day.
  • Complete training and obtain certifications as outlined in your career development plan.

What you’ll Be Working On – 10%:

  • Provide onsite support.
  • Collaborate with Project Architects onsite for deployment and post-project support.
  • Assist with customers onboarding and support the onboarding team.
  • Travel and work nights and weekends as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of IT experience.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Proven experience in providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting solutions in a busy environment.
  • Superior interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a good communicator.
  • Experience with onsite support and deployment for various IT equipment.
  • Ability to work professionally with clients and collaborate with team members.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Physical Requirements (include But Are Not Limited To)

  • Ability to lift heavy IT equipment including but not limited to desktops, printers, workstations, and UPS etc. up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
