What You’ll Do

  • Assist the Senior PM and Senior Engineer in delivering lighting, energy management, and electrification projects
  • Support project reporting, internal audits, and risk assessments across job sites
  • Source, price, and coordinate the delivery of materials for multiple ongoing projects
  • Build and maintain Excel models for utility usage and project tracking
  • Coordinate contractor scheduling and logistics across multiple worksites
  • Track project invoicing, change orders, and materials procurement
  • Attend site meetings and occasionally represent the PM as needed
  • Maintain documentation, drawings, and internal reporting systems
  • Continuously identify process improvements and bring forward solutions


Who You Are:

  • Has a strong grasp of the electrical design process, energy systems, and construction environments
  • Can work independently but knows when to ask questions
  • Loves Excel, can work with technical drawings, and is curious about how power flows through buildings
  • Wants to make an impact, learn fast, and grow with a company that's just getting started


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Design
  • Industry experience, ideally in the Canadian electrical contracting, engineering, or design space
  • Strong Excel skills; experience reading and interpreting utility bills and energy consumption data
  • Familiarity with BC Electrical Code, permit processes, and inspection procedures
  • Comfortable interpreting designs and technical data to support decision-making on-site and in the office
  • Experience with AutoCAD or similar design tools (an asset)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English

Work Site and Compensation:

  • Ability to work in the office at our Coal Harbour location.
  • Salary range: $60K - $80K, annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
