As an experienced Logistics Associate here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments for our IA/PMC business unit in Calgary. You will be accountable for ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance with shipping and receiving procedures. With your strong attention to detail and organizational skills, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain and help us deliver exceptional customer service.
You will report directly to our Senior Service and Repair Supervisor, and you will work out of our location in Calgary.
With your expertise in logistics management, you will develop strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your ability to work with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with regulations will contribute to the success of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of materials against purchase orders or shipping documents.
- Inspect and record the condition of received goods, ensuring any damages or discrepancies are reported and resolved.
- Prepare, package and ship outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Work with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to establish strong partnerships and streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- 1-2+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced turnkey service and repair operation, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- High School or Technical Diploma.
- Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management ethics.
- Experience with SAP/ERP/CRM, MS Outlook/Excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work self-reliantly and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse environment.
- Continuous learning and adaptability.
