General Summary
The Marketing and Commercialization Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Rao’s Sales in Canada by executing the marketing strategy, driving innovation commercialization, and supporting sales efforts to expand Rao’s brand presence in the Canadian market. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in marketing execution, data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver results that align with annual objectives and business goals.

The target base salary range for this full-time salaried position is between $80,000 - $90,000. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.

This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in marketing execution, data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver results that align with annual objectives and business goals.
Primary Responsibilities
Marketing Execution
- Partner with agency teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including in-store communications, advertising, digital, social media, and more.
- Lead agency relationships to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy and partnership with the Canadian distributor.
- Oversee the marketing plan for Canada and identify key tactics to achieve annual business objectives.
- Analyze retailer data using tools such as Power BI to generate insights that inform business decisions and strategies.
- Manage and implement innovation commercialization activities across multiple business lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and prioritize resources to achieve desired results.
- Provide timely updates on key milestones and business-critical deliverables.
- Identify business needs and define project scope, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
- Champion initiatives by forecasting financial value and strategic benefits and prioritizing activities accordingly.
- Drive projects to successful completion, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope.
- Assist in the development of annual business plans and customer reviews.
- Liaise with insights and marketing teams to create Canadian-specific content.
- Support broker and distributor management, including participating in weekly broker calls as needed.
- Act as a liaison between U.S. and Canadian customer teams (e.g., Walmart, Costco) to ensure continuity and alignment.
- Partner with the supply chain team to maintain seamless operations.
