A Lacoste Sales Associate is responsible for achieving individual sales goals by communicating the features and benefits of our product and developing clients and client lists to build relationships with our customers to increase sales. In addition, our Sales Associates assist in the overall maintenance and visual presentation of the stores.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Customer service and sales Desire to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI’s as determined by the Store Manager.

  • Passion to connect with customers and drive sales. Provide excellent customer service as per Company standards.
  • Embrace a culture that puts the customer experience first and foremost.
  • Be perceptive to customer’s wants and needs and utilize product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of Lacoste product, including sizing, content, and features. Communicate this knowledge to customers in a clear and concise way to build sales.

Operations:

  • Familiarize yourself with stock levels and utilize systems for inventory management.
  • Support visual directives to maintain the store's aesthetic standards.
  • Foster future sales opportunities through proactive customer engagement and follow-up.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in store computer systems and procedures
