Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor contributes to the success of PepsiCo Beverages Canada by ensuring the availability of product to meet customer needs and improve productivity. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for developing and training capable frontline union and non-union employees.

The Warehouse Supervisor contributes to the success of PepsiCo Beverages Canada by ensuring the availability of product to meet customer needs and improve productivity. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for developing and training capable frontline union and non-union employees.
Responsibilities
- Leading team of frontline warehouse employees to fulfill customer orders while ensuring safety and performance standards are met
- Understanding and achieving performance standards including Dynamic Picking and Safety and Regulatory management
- Training and coaching frontline employees - setting expectations, providing feedback and recognizing and rewarding good performance
- Demonstrating and leveraging knowledge of warehouse operations including resource requirements, layout, route/bulk/transport loading, settlement and Ministry of Transportation regulations
- Working closely with Product Availability Manager and Sales Manager to align team agenda with Annual Operating Plan objectives
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience in consumer packaged goods or a related industry preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing, warehousing or operations experience preferred
- Demonstrated planning and organization skills
- Demonstrated front-line supervisory skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
- Strong communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and influence management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks to deliver results efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment
- Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills
