Our client, a leader in the digital health world is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive to drive new business growth across Canada. This individual should thrive in competitive environments, excel at understanding complex products and industries, and be skilled in effective communication with diverse teams and clients.In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, collaborating closely with internal teams to onboard clients, influencing the product roadmap, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.   • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline while consistently closing deals and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant and advisor to clients, gaining insights into their pain points and buying needs.
  • Become an expert on the company’s offerings and conduct discovery calls, tailored demos, and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams and represent the market to help inform product priorities.
  • Learn and effectively communicate the company’s unique value proposition, highlighting key strengths.
  • Work closely with colleagues and accurately forecast sales.
  • Meet and exceed annual revenue targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience selling to mid-to-large enterprises in the employer health benefits sector.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Experience working with consulting firms that assist employers in evaluating new benefits.
  • Excellent communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in navigating complex benefits topics such as cost savings and compliance.
  • Ideally, passionate about the mission to provide comprehensive fertility care for all.
