What You'll Do

• Lead and empower a team of Junior and Senior AP Analysts through coaching, mentoring, and daily support
• Oversee AP operations including workflow management, team tasking, and issue resolution
• Drive accuracy by regularly reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit standards
• Manage performance by setting goals, conducting evaluations, and facilitating structured team meetings
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members, contributing to a positive and efficient work culture
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounts Receivable for refunds and ensure proper intercompany invoice handling
• Prepare reports for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, including reconciliations and working papers
• Process complex transactions including multi-currency wire transfers, e-transfers, and large remittances
• Champion process improvements and lead initiatives that enhance AP cycle efficiency
  
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 2-4 years of equivalent experience
• Previous leadership experience in a finance or AP environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Ability to manage competing deadlines with professionalism and accuracy
