Full Job Description
As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing industrial/commercial electrical projects from start to finish. You will report to the Projects Team Leader and play a key role in estimating, scheduling, managing field personnel, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing industrial/commercial electrical projects from start to finish. You will report to the Projects Team Leader and play a key role in estimating, scheduling, managing field personnel, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical projects including manpower, materials, equipment, and timelines
- Handle change orders when project scopes shift
- Provide accurate labor and material estimates for new projects
- Lead and support forepersons and electricians on-site
- Approve invoices and control project costs
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed
- Read schematics and assist with troubleshooting when required
- Follow up on completed jobs to ensure full customer satisfaction
- Follow up on quotes to help drive sales
- Valid 309A Electrical License
- 8-10 years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical work
- 1-2 years of experience in project management and quoting
- Proficient in Accubid estimating software (required)
- Comfortable with tendering new projects and tight bid timelines
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Code
- Experience managing projects valued over $1M
- Familiarity with change order management
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
