How will you make an impact in this role?
The role of Analyst, Marketing Enablement & Controls is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires an individual with a critical thinking mindset who can work collaboratively across marketing teams. As a core member of the International Card Services (ICS) New Cardmember Acquisition team, the successful candidate will focus on quality assurance and testing and enhancing processes & controls to reduce business risk.
The Analyst, Marketing Enablement & Controls will play a key role in helping achieve the following objectives:
- Implement business controls and reduce operational risk.
- Support the execution of control requirements & testing across marketing initiatives.
- Lead the coordination and management of control-related programs.
- Establish & Enhance Acquisition Processes and Controls.
- Strengthen processes and controls.
- Partner with marketing teams to implement and execute control requirements.
- Build Subject Matter Expertise & Execution Excellence.
- Deepen subject matter expertise of marketing processes to support colleagues with existing and new risk and control requirements.
- Establish a centre of execution excellence to support broader the marketing team, with a focus on operational excellence and implementing control requirements.
- Support Acquisition Control Programs & Testing.
- Develop deep partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure robust processes & controls that help reduce risk and solve for pain points in the journey.
- Support the broader team with testing and validations to enable growth initiatives.
- High level of business acumen & natural curiosity, excellent strategic thinking, process management and time management skills.
- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to establish & build credibility with multiple stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Track record of achievement in a fast-paced, dynamic role.
- Operational focus to formalize and streamline processes to foster greater efficiencies and reduce risk.
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and business experience.
- Experience in process management and control testing is an asset.
