Procurement Category Manager - Services

Are you ready to lead innovative strategy implementations and drive transformational change in procurement within JTI’s North America Cluster? We’re seeking a strategic thinker to create sustainable value and strengthen stakeholder partnerships.

Your Role and Purpose

As a Procurement Category Manager - Services, reporting to the Cluster Category Manager – Services, you’ll support the design of and implement procurement strategies in North America, fostering innovation, sustainability, and value creation. You'll manage supplier relationships and drive solutions that align with our business goals.

The categories of spend in scope are General & Professional services, T&E and IT.

What Will You Do

  • Drive strategic category management and innovation ensuring alignment with local and global company objectives
  • Lead supplier relationships and risk management
  • Deliver procurement targets through data-driven decisions
  • Foster stakeholder partnerships across functions
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to the business
  • Drives ad-hoc cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills

What We’re Looking For – 2S

  • Procurement experience – minimum of 5 years, preferably in a CPG global company
  • Strategic and innovative mindset
  • Strong analytical and financial capabilities
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Business-level English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
  • Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or Procurement
