Overview
The Bakery Technical Sales Representative will focus on growth of sales through the correct execution of all Merchandising Programs as set forth by the Customer(s) by providing technical support and management skills that enable the customer to operate a successful bakery. This is done by training ISB Associates in assigned stores as it relates to perfect quality bakery items through the use of correct customer documented procedures, categories including in store bakery (ISB) products.

Overview

- Conduct day-to-day store visits to support in-store sales of our BIS product, focusing on quality, in-store display, merchandising, and product availability.
- Lead baker training sessions, ensuring adherence to supplied recipe cards.
- Provide support for store openings and renovations.
- Consolidate and report all store complaints regarding our product.
- Utilize virtual videos to efficiently communicate best practices with customers.
- Represent our product at trade shows, sharing expertise and features with customers.
- Update and maintain recipe cards.
- Drive the development of innovative products.
- Collaborate closely with Banner CES.
- Provide technical direction and in-store assistance as needed by customers or directed by supervisor.
- Comply with Company's personal safety guidelines and principles.
- Follow all Policies and Procedures outlined in Wonder Brands Inc. Employee handbook.
- Understand and adhere to policies and procedures set by the Customer.
- Adhere to GMP requirements of both Customer and Wonder Brands Inc.
- Train ISB Associates on correct Baking/Production procedures for designated ISB products.
- Submit Weekly Reports, Store Visit Reports, Expense Reports, etc. as required.
- Attend Meetings as required by the company or team lead.
- Ensure compliance with Customer's merchandising programs, including Modulars, Sanitation, Equipment usage/care, etc.
- Baking experience at a moderate to advanced skill level.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and access to a car.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with Bakery personnel, Managers, and others.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional representation of the Company with high integrity and ethics.
- Self-motivated with the ability to shift between projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and naturally inquisitive.
- Must be willing to travel in Saskatchewan, including overnight travel, and travel to Wonderbrand's office in Ontario.
