We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Accounts Payable Representative to join our Finance team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for resolving daily error queries, accurately matching and processing purchase order invoices, and managing routine tasks with precision. You will process a high volume of invoices while supporting key tasks to ensure period-end deadlines are met.

You will be responsible for:

• Processing a variety of invoices, including 3-way PO matching and non-PO processing, in a fast-paced environment.
• Resolving daily error queries.
• Supporting key tasks to ensure period-end deadlines are met.
• Investigating discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders and warehouse receiving.
• Professionally responding to both internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.
  
  
  

You have:

• Previous accounts payable or office experience.
• Knowledge of PO matching and EDI is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Previous Peoplesoft experience would be considered an asset.
• Proficient keyboarding skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.

$43,680.00 - $54,600.00
