More About The Role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Product Engineer in Langley with Signify.

Salary Range: 62,400 CAD -75,000 CAD

Responsible for the industrialization of new products into production, including but not limited to:

• Mechanical design of manufacturing and assembly jigs/tools
• Costing (Bill of Materials, Labour)
• Creating drawings
• Developing work center instructions
• Conducting training sessions
• Providing production support
• Experience with G-Code programming for various CNC punch machines
• Redesign existing products to maintain sustainability and cost competitiveness
  
  

More About You

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

• 2-3 years of related experience
• Graduated from a recognized Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering program (or comparable)
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for mechanical design
• Experience with programming CNC and G-Code is Required.
• Knowledge of electronic components found in lighting systems, including drivers, LEDs, and sensors
• Strong teamwork skills
• Excellent written communication skills
