About The Job

Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

The Canadian Data, Measurement and Analytics (DMA) team enables growth of Canada's Large Customer Sales (CA LCS) business through exceptional data, measurement and analytics. DMA is part of the larger Canadian Strategy and Product Acceleration (SPA) team, which provides unified specialist support across all advertising buying doors and products for CA LCS.

In this role, you will incubate, accelerate, and scale market-defining strategies for customers, creating sustained long-term value for Google and Canada in the process. DMA partners directly with CA LCS sales teams, partnering with Canada’s largest and most strategic customers, which provides you a platform to have broad impact across CA LCS.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and consulting on client's/partner’s strategy in the areas of sales, marketing, or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions or insights to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Develop and own investigative modeling for key client or partner projects, apply or customize investigative tools (e.g., dashboards) and frameworks to identify opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize client/partner business and maximize the use and effectiveness of Google products.
  • Collaborate with business teams to drive business growth with clients or partners, conduct in-depth analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business pitch and marketing collateral.
  • Build and manage relationships with client or partner stakeholders across functions and levels, and own the relationship with the data/investigative stakeholders on the client’s/partner’s side.
