What we offer

Mattamy is looking for an experienced leader in delivering customer experience technology to a company that is focused on driving the best customer experience in our industry. The Senior Manager, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (internally known as Senior Manager, CRM Platform) will be overseeing a team that will deliver a CRM solution, as well as various other experiences that will impact our customers within the CRM solution.


What you’ll do

  • Develop a highly flexible and transparent team and culture which constantly engages with the business to ensure IT is focused on the right priorities and meeting business goals
  • Maintain relationships with primary business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Design and Customer Care to align mutual goals
  • Ensure clear accountability, targets, timelines and deliverables for each major initiative
  • Provide guidance on business process best practices across different functional areas
  • Collaborate with the business team to develop and drive product roadmap to launch new features, creating alignment across teams on priorities and timing
  • Work with business teams to develop test and measurement plans for new CRM capabilities
  • Manage and monitor all project deliverables to successful completion, leverage best practices and complete project artifacts as appropriate
  • Oversee product documentation creation, including process flows, users’ stories, use case, etc.
  • Accountable for schedule, budget, and quality of all products and solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. engineering, QA, operations,) to manage resources, timelines, and conflicts
  • Create Level 2 and Level 3 support processes to address complex issues and analysis of issues
  • Partner with training teams to create and deliver content that will allow deep usage of the sales, marketing and design platforms
  • Partner with engineering teams in solution design, ensuring it aligns to requirements and business needs


What you bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or comparable experience
  • 5+ years of direct people management
  • 5+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 product knowledge ideally including Sales, Power Platform, Customer Insights – Journeys & Data
  • Practical experience leading strategic, cross-functional, multi-year projects through all phases of delivery
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience designing and delivering presentations and training to diverse audiences, including senior management, technical and non-technical personnel
  • Proven experience building strong relationships with business stakeholders within Sales, Marketing and Customer Care
  • Occasional travel within North America
  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment
