What will you be doing:

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager. This role involves managing the full sales cycle from qualifying and nurturing leads to closing deals. You will contribute to business development initiatives, including lead generation, nurturing relationships, product and technology presentations, and participating in tradeshows and client events. Strong communication skills will be essential in cultivating relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
