We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support our business processes. If you're passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications and love working across the stack, this role is for you. You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining applications that integrate seamlessly with Salesforce, using modern technologies to enhance our CRM and business processes.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement solutions using Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs to enhance our platform's functionality
• Develop and maintain integrations between Suger and other external systems using RESTful APIs
• Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, triggers, and automation processes to improve efficiency and user experience
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions
• Work directly with customers to help with implementation or troubleshooting
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions
• Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and new features and recommend improvements
• Support and troubleshoot issues in Salesforce and related integrations
  
  
  

What You Need

• 5+ years of experience as a software developer with at least 3+ years experience in Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, and integration with external systems
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS industries is a plus
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or other relevant certifications a plus
• Experience with Github CI/CD and integration testing is a great bonus, but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
