Technology is changing the way we design, build, operate and maintain infrastructure. It’s also driving the experience within the built environment. This technology, however, is often underutilized. At EllisDon, we created a solution that harnesses technology and delivers our clients an experience that works for them and their clients. We call it EKO.
The EKO Product Manager will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and launch of a critical middleware component within our enterprise integration platform. This platform will bridge disparate systems across various industries, enabling seamless data exchange and communication for improved operational efficiency.

You As a Product Manager, EKO Will
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization, including end-users, developers and business development, to define the requirements and functionality of the middleware across diverse use cases.
- Collaborate with developers and software architects to design and develop a robust and scalable middleware solution.
- Ensure the middleware meets all technical and functional specifications, regardless of the specific industry vertical.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for the middleware.
- Oversee the launch and ongoing maintenance of the middleware.
- Monitor the performance of the middleware and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest enterprise integration trends and technologies.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise software or integration platforms.
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of middleware solutions.
- Strong understanding of system integration concepts and methodologies (e.g., APIs, data formats).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
