What To Expect

Reporting to the Store Manager or assigned delegate manager, this position is primarily focused on providing enhanced customer service through presence and engagement. As a support function, this position proactively identifies and reports potential risks to store leadership and/or Asset Protection teams, and creates a safer environment through customer service and de-escalation techniques. This role also supports the day-to-day store operations and sales business, with a dotted line to the Asset Protection department for the purpose of communication only.

What You Will Do

  • Acknowledge and greet customers, directing to specific departments within the store and provide GREAT customer service.
  • Actively support your store’s Sales, Operations and Asset Protection teams through customer service observations and interactions.
  • Report suspected incidents of potential shoplifting to the Asset Protection and / or store leadership teams for action.
  • Actively support the company's Health and Safety, Critical Incident Response and de-escalation programs.

What You Will Bring To The Team
