Hourly pay range $30-35
RESPONSIBILITIES
- CQE will schedule regular visits to all assigned OEM and Tiers Customer's manufacturing facilities
- Develop customer relationships in the Customer's plant to improve the product and maintain or increase business potential.
- Perform a good first level analysis of non-conformances.
- Verify all suspect product and maintain product test equipment.
- Be the communication link between the OEM Customer Plant and Manufacturing Plant.
- Expedite non-confirming material back to same day.
- Input return part information into the QSYS system. Align QSYS with customer complaint.
- Provide technical support and product/vehicle system understanding.
- Conduct/coordinate initial 24-hour containment.
- Where required, coordinate additional containment.
- Be an integral part of the solution with the Response Teams.
- Monitor/negotiate Global Customer Database Return Parts Per Million (PPM) rates.
- Provide/coordinate special event activities. (Reflashes, Sorts, Reworks and Engineering support).
- Follow up customer debits. (Correlate debits vs. RMAs and Investigate unknown debits).
- Notify/Escalate proactively customer plant major disruption, shutdowns, yard holds or any topic may affect
- Understand Product functionality and manufacturing process.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of related work experience.
- Training in Computer Application.
- Technical training and/or related experience.
- Automotive manufacturing experience
- College degree with major in Engineering.
- Quality Engineering.
- Problem Solving.
