AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Change Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This position reports to our Program Controls Director, The Change Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the change management process across multiple projects and programs, ensuring the identification, assessment, and implementation of changes to achieve successful program outcomes.

Your Role Within The Team

  • Coordinates the interface with other program controls disciplines and with program delivery with the intent of effectively coordinating change management.
  • Providing oversight and assurance on the application of consistent change management practices within a particular program.
  • Responsible for providing quality control and assurance of change requests and other related change documentation.
  • Responsible for reporting change management information to the program’s Leadership and Executive teams and identifying items for escalation.
  • Responsible for maintaining change management trackers and logs for the program and working with the program delivery team to communicate change decisions.
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and collaborating with the other change coordinators to implement actions.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in change management from a program controls perspective in major infrastructure programs.
  • Recognized degree in project/program management or related field.
  • Demonstrable knowledge, understanding, and experience across a variety of program controls disciplines incl. schedule, cost, risk, and scope management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Availability to work on site five days per week
  • PMP, or other project management related certification considered an asset.
