We’re searching for a Richmond-based Senior Director of Global Sales Operations to join our Global Go-To-Market Operations team, so that we can deliver operational excellence, scalable governance, and strategic insight across our global sales organization.
The Senior Director of Global Sales Operations will lead a global team supporting commissions, deal desk, reporting, and CRM governance to equip the GTM organization with the tools, data, and structure required for efficient growth and executive-level reporting.

The Senior Director of Global Sales Operations will lead a global team supporting commissions, deal desk, reporting, and CRM governance to equip the GTM organization with the tools, data, and structure required for efficient growth and executive-level reporting.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Lead global sales operations strategy and governance to support accurate forecasting, scalable execution, and reporting transparency
- Manage Salesforce and other GTM tools in order to drive automation, reduce manual effort, and improve decision-making
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and KPIs to track performance, bookings, and pipeline health
- Oversee commission governance and deal desk frameworks in order to enforce compliance and standardize global sales processes
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and HR to ensure alignment, mitigate risk, and enable business agility
- Senior Director level experience in Sales Operations, including experience in a senior leadership capacity
- Proven success in designing and leading operational frameworks in a high-growth SaaS environment
- In-depth knowledge on how to optimize CRM systems, drive sales compensation strategy, and implement scalable reporting
- Ability to commute to the Toronto office and work a hybrid schedule
- Sincere interest in transforming and scaling GTM operations through governance and insights
- A knack for working cross-functionally and proactively within a global, fast-paced environment
