Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling and overseeing all construction projects from beginning to end. Manager keeps track of supplies, collaborate with subcontractor and ensure all jobs are completed to standards required. The project Manager we are looking for will have extensive experience in all aspects of construction. Some knowledge in all types of trades required. The ideal applicant will be highly organized, with the ability to plan ahead and multitask and problem solve in order to meet deadlines to keep projects on a very tight timeline.
Job Responsibilities Include
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Job Responsibilities Include
- Oversee construction projects from beginning to end
- Manage supply and labor costs accordingly
- Determine the necessary equipment, materials and manpower needed
- Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment
- Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and picked up/delivered according to schedule
- Give daily reports regarding job status
- Resolve any problems that may arise
- Train and mentor construction worker laborers
- Collaborate with subcontractors and key team members of the project team
- Ensure all deadlines are met
- Extensive previous work experience
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
- Highly organized
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
- Ability to plan ahead
- Conflict resolution and conflict management experience
- Excellent time management ability
- Ability to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills
