Our Ideal Candidate

Allnorth is currently seeking Industrial Electrical Foremen, General Foremen, and Superintendents to support our growing industrial construction division. These key leadership roles will be responsible for leading crews, maintaining productivity, and delivering safe, high-quality electrical installations across a range of industrial construction projects.

Key Details

  • Shift: 14 days on / 7 days off; 10-hour shifts per day
  • LOA & Travel Allowance: Provided
  • Project Type: Construction of a green field canola crushing and processing plant
  • Location: Regina Saskatchewan

A Day in the Life

Depending on the level (Foreman, General Foreman), responsibilities may include:

  • Planning and supervising the installation of electrical systems on major industrial projects
  • Leading daily toolbox and safety meetings, promoting a safety-first culture
  • Reviewing project drawings and scopes of work to plan manpower and material requirements
  • Coordinating with project management, field engineering, and material coordinators to maintain workflow
  • Monitoring crew performance and ensuring work is completed to quality standards and schedule
  • Identifying potential field issues early and collaborating with stakeholders to find cost-effective solutions
  • Providing input on workforce planning, productivity tracking, and progress reporting

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Journeyperson Electrician certification, with additional leadership experience for General Foremen
  • Previous experience in a leadership role on large-scale industrial electrical construction projects
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction drawings, specifications, and QA/QC requirements
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate crews in a dynamic site environment
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
  • Experience with project completions, ITRs, and system turnover processes is a strong asset
