Real Canadian Superstore in Calgary, Alberta located at 15915 Macleod Trail SE Suite 100, is looking for an Asset Protection Representative to join our elite team!

This isn't just a job; it's a chance to make a real difference. As part of one of Canada's largest Asset Protection teams, you'll be on the front lines, safeguarding our store and ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a Guardian: Deter, detect, and apprehend individuals engaging in theft and fraud, protecting our products and profits.
  • Investigate & Analyze: Conduct thorough internal investigations, analyze evidence, and collaborate with law enforcement to resolve incidents of theft and fraud.
  • Mastermind Loss Prevention: Identify shrink opportunities and collaborate with store teams to implement innovative security strategies.
  • Be a Team Player: Partner with fellow Asset Protection Representatives and store leadership to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
  • Embrace the Unexpected: Work a flexible schedule that keeps you on your toes and ready for anything.

What You'll Need:

  • Sharp Skills: Valid Provincial Security Guard License, knowledge of relevant laws (Criminal Code of Canada, Trespass to Property Act), and familiarity with CCTV and surveillance systems.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Windows applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • People Person: Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive & Trustworthy: High degree of initiative, integrity, and a passion for upholding ethical standards.
