CDW Canada

Description
At CDW, we make it happen, together. Trust, connection, and commitment are at the heart of how we work together to deliver for our customers. It’s why we’re coworkers, not just employees. Coworkers who genuinely believe in supporting our customers and one another. We collectively forge our path forward with a level of commitment that speaks to who we are and where we’re headed. We’re proud to share our story and Make Amazing Happen at CDW.
CDW Canada’s goal is to solidify itself as the leading provider of HP hardware, platforms, and solutions within the Canadian business market. Our recently expanded Managed Modern Workspace Services Practice continues to enhance its capabilities, offering clients experiences through Modern Device Management and Lifecycle services, by integrating key pillars: people, process, and technology.
A core aspect of future success is to effectively demonstrate to prospects and clients how HP technologies support continuous innovation, digital transformation, and an improved employee experience. This strategy positions CDW as the preferred partner for optimizing the adoption and deployment of HP platform-based endpoints and technologies, specifically focused on HP Wolf Security and HP Workforce Experience initially. Expansion into additional platforms such as HP’s Sure stack to follow at a later date.
Our vision extends beyond leveraging current traditional marketing and sales-based roles, but to expand into deeper technical expertise, highlighting HP’s investments and capabilities beyond the hardware. HP has and continues to make significant investments into it’s SURE Suite, HP Wolf Security, as well as device telemetry and its experience focused solution HP Workforce Experience. We believe a significant opportunity remains to educate and assist clients in the successful adoption and management of said technologies. CDW is aiming to strengthen collaboration and grow business outcomes with HP by developing a newly funded role focused on technical education, enablement, and pre-sales demonstration opportunities. This role will require joint training by HP and CDW to ensure a high level of expertise in HP platforms, technical enablement, and product knowledge. The role's success will hinge on involvement in pre-sales activities and collaborative sales pipeline discussions, as well as sound technical knowledge demonstration. The proposed funded headcount will reside within CDW’s services-focused Modern Workspace team while integrating closely with CDW’s Partner and Product Management Team to ensure cross collaboration and organizational integration. Additionally, this role will serve as a brand ambassador, educating clients about the increasing demand for AI PCs, particularly highlighting HP's unique AI capabilities. HP AI Assistant comes to mind for example.
CDW’s objective is to be the premier integrator of HP technologies within the Canadian business market, helping clients maximize their investments in the HP ecosystem.
