The Opportunity

This role is a right brain + left brain kind of job where you’ll exercise both strategy and hands-on execution. You will be part of a core team working on digital innovation, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to launch winning products in the marketplace. Help drive our business forward and build a strong understanding of our products, our customers and our market.
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 CAD per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, including performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You'll Do
- GTM Strategy + Execution: Support pipeline growth through direct/indirect sales channels. Collaborate closely with Demand Generation to advise on best approaches and themes for integrated demand programs and with Content Management to conceptualize, write, and edit content that converts.
- Product Launches: Help plan and execute the launches of net-new products and/or solutions from idea to enablement. Ensure that field and cross-functional teams are enabled and up to speed on the latest product capabilities.
- Market intelligence: Understand our buyers, how and why they buy, and their key buying criteria. Conduct research to drive positioning, messaging, packaging, and promotion and gain insight to improve differentiation.
- Sales Success: Drive win rate and sales velocity by developing compelling messaging and assets that drive purchase decisions, including sales playbooks, value assessment tools, and presentations. Understand, support, and enable our sales channels.
- Competitive landscape: Research our competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, positioning and messaging. Craft competitive positioning and campaigns for sales and digital campaigns.
- 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience.
- Experience developing messaging and positioning for executive buyers (Director++) with a focus on transformation, technology, and innovation. Bonus points for experience in Value Stream Management, Enterprise Agile Planning, and Product Centric Operating models or similar
- Proven track record of contributing to successful product launches.
- Demonstrated success in translating product capabilities into clear, value-based messaging, content, and sales artifacts.
- Ability to influence and drive consensus among cross-functional stakeholders as needed.
- Exceptional communication skills. You’re a good listener but you’re not afraid to speak up when you need to.
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities; you must be able to make decisions based on ambiguous data and drive the most impactful work forward in a sea of competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to own initiatives with a bias for action over perfection.
