Manulife Bank of Canada is looking for a Training Specialist to join our Sales Effectiveness & Advisor Experience team. On our team, you will report to the Director, Sales Training & Support and contribute to all phases of the training cycle. Developing and delivering awesome training & resources for our sales team across the country.
We contribute to the Bank’s success by providing the sales teams the tools and resources they need to be successful in their role from the time they onboard, through their tenure. This includes training on everything from products to processes to sales skills and everything in between.
Our ideal candidate is a creative training professional who welcomes challenges and who loves to learn. We are a dynamic team that often pivots based on business needs, so you need to be organized, be able to keep track of multiple tasks at once, and be agile to adjust when things change. Our ultimate objective is to ensure that the sales team has what they need to be successful. To do this, we rely on our network, collaborating extensively with subject matter experts across the bank.
You will be joining a collaborative and close-knit team. Although we have our own independent projects, we work together to get them done, and often that means brainstorming, peer reviewing and jumping in to help take a project over the finish line. We support each other, learn from each other and have fun together.
