Key Roles/Responsibilities

AULT a company of Alta Equipment Group, is seeking a full-time Parts Manager in Moncton, NB. The main responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:

  • Lead a team of CSR’s and warehouse staff
  • Fulfilling customer orders (phone, texts, emails etc.)
  • Ensure Customer Service providing quick and professional assistance
  • Forecasting of parts inventory
  • Monitoring inventory levels
  • Pricing (sales margins)
  • Purchasing and inventory replenishment
  • Oversee warehouse operations
  • Special ordering
  • Troubleshoot machine issues, target resolve
  • Recruiting and training new staff
  • Maintain a motivated working environment
  • Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
  • Monitor and adjust inventory SKU’s
  • Maintain effective communication within Internal Departments

Required Skills

  • 3 to 5 years experience in a similar job or related
  • Minimum 1 year experience with ERP systems
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Inventory management
  • Proficiency in Office Suite
  • Proactive and autonomous
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Fluently Bilingual in English and French (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Business Central software (an asset)
  • Experience in the construction sector (an asset)
